A single large independent farmhouse, surrounded by our Sangiovese and Trebbiano vineyards, and fully equipped, to enjoy the tranquility, the sun and the beauties of Tuscany with your beloved ones.
We renovated the Casale “Il Poggetto” according to the bioclimatic architectural criteria, in order to offer our guests a welcoming, traditional and comfortable environment in a warm atmosphere painted with the ocher tones of our clayly soil.
The Casale is divided into three apartments of different sizes, to fulfill any spcific requirement of space and privacy.
On the first floor, “Il Poggetto” apartment, has 4 bedrooms with bathroom and a large kitchen-living room with brick fireplace.
The kitchen is well equipped to allow all guests to share lunch or dinner.
On the basement ground floor two smaller apartments are located: “La Mangiatoia” apartment, has a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, and a double bedroom with bathroom and wardrobe; “La Stalla” apartment, has a kitchen, two bedrooms with shared bathroom.
Outside, a brick oven will make your evenings even more tasting, enjoying pizza or a barbecue in the garden, or by the pool (10x5m), on the stone patio.
The farmhouse is equipped with heating, satellite TV and free WIFI connection and was completely renovated between 2006 and 2008. Guests can share the garden and the poolside sundeck to fully enjoy the Tuscan sun, and a more private space , equipped with tables, chairs with cushions and umbrellas in front of each apartment.
Services also include a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and ironing board, a built-in oven and barbecue for grilling, and covered parking.
The cost is for 14 adults and includes the weekly change of linen and pool towels, the electricity, water and gas consumption and final cleaning.
