Edera is the only room that has a private large terrace with sofa, umbrella, chairs and a table, overlooking our pool and the Volterra hill. That’s definitely the perfect accommodation for a romantic stay, enjoy relaxing in the Tuscan countryside, an intimate lovely breakfast for two of you, at the sunrise, or a candle lit private dinner.

Guests staying in the Villa have exclusive access to the large swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Pool towels are at your disposal daily for free, by the pool.

Breakfast is usually served outside in the garden, or in the Lemonhouse during fickle weather conditions.

A free WIFI connection is available in the rooms and in the garden.
An Honesty bar with snacks, water, wine, beer and other beverages, ice and coffe is available for all guests by the pool

Perfect Tuscan gem

The location is tranquillity at its best. The vineyard owners greeted our last minute booking with a warm welcome and went above and beyond with a private wine tasting and meal. Sergio and Ida are absolute gems that add to this properties appeal.

As dreamy and as tuscany as it could ever ger

I just dream about next summer, cause we definitely decided to come back just for the sake of this amazing place, we were sorry we only booked two nights. The villa, the rooms, the pool, the view, those tuscany fields, the wine, Ida’s citrus pasta - PERFECT. And I am so critical in general. But it was exactly how i’ve imagined the life in tuscany. After leaving, we also stayed in a 5star villa in Montepulciano, but it only made the two of us regretting leaving this one. It is that real authentic tuscany sense, at its best, you are searching.

il paradiso all’improvviso

abbiamo soggiornato una notte ( solo una purtroppo) in questa villa da sogno. bella da ch togliere il fiato, elegante e pulita. la piscina stupenda, vengono anche forniti i teli per gli ospiti. possibilità di acquistare un ottimo vino prodotto da loro. il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente! il panorama da film. non vedo l’ora di tornare… spero presto

Authentic B&B with their own vineyards

This place is really something special. The view, the quietness, the authenticity, and the place itself give you this feeling of peace and serenity. And the owners Ida and Sergio make you feel at home right away. The bedroom was really big and also the bathroom was spacious and has everything you need. Make sure to close the window awning during the day since there's no air condition in the room but only a ventilator. Towels are available at the pool and there's a fridge with drinks you can buy. Make sure to book their wine tour with amazing wine and food tasting afterward. It was our first stay during our holiday but without a doubt our favorite one. Definitely one of the most beautiful B&Bs I've ever book
