Cena in Vigna

It will be a late harvest, the announcement comes late too.. A stylish 2019 harvest I suppose, in the middle of September, after a rainy spring and a torrid summer……
The sixth edition of Cena in Vigna will take place on

8 Settembre 2018 ore 18:00

Aperitif in the Oliveta
Warm focaccia with gorgonzola drops, pan briosche, sfogliatine with tomato and mozzarella, bruschette of Cinta cold cuts

At the table:
Croissants rocket, parmesan and bresaola
Crostini in tuscan sauce
Backed sausages

Rice apples, lard and rosemary
Maremmani taleggio, crispy speck and chopped hazelnuts

Cut roulade with porcini mushrooms
Crispy fried Vegetables

Tiramisu

Price is 60€/person.

Immagine to cook in the middle of the vineyard ….. please be cohomprensive, we cannot satisfy particular food needs. Therefore, the chef will not be able to offer alternative menu..
