Description
Syrah is the only international infusion in our production, usually close to tradition We chose to plant Syrah on sandy soils with a north-western exposure, as well as on silty hillsides rich in skeletal material.
The harvest yields grapes with intense colour and fruit concentration, showing a varietal character that is always present yet never overpowering. Vinification is carried out exclusively in stainless steel to produce a youthful wine with good body and aromatic intensity.
As with our other wines, we opted for single-varietal vinification to highlight the local expression of the grape.
This is our summer red, well-suited to seafood cuisine, with silky tannins and a savoury, saline finish

Why we love it: it’s an unconventional Syrah, the result of a cool, rainy harvest. On the palate, it’s pleasantly light-bodied yet fresh on the finish. Best enjoyed slightly chilled.
Taste with: Steak or pork chops with wild herbs, but also a cheeseburger—why not? This wine is perfect for Happy Hour, especially with aged cheeses and cured meats, a bit of pappa al pomodoro, and fried vegetables!
In leaner vintages, like 2014, it’s the ideal companion served chilled alongside grilled seafood.
And of course… pizza remains our favorite pairing.
