Casale il Poggetto has three independent apartments, differently sized, to adapt to various requirements from couples, families with children or groups of friends<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]\n

Every apartment has a private space outside<\/strong> equipped with umbrellas, chairs<\/strong> with cushions<\/strong> and table.<\/strong> Some common services are available for all the guest: the use of the laundry<\/strong> with washing machine, the brick oven<\/strong> and two barbecues,<\/strong> and sun deck with umbrellas<\/strong> and chairs<\/strong> by the 10×5 pool.<\/strong>
\nThe whole house has been renovated between 2006 and 2008, according to sustainable architecture criteria, using natural local materials only. Plasters are made of cocciopesto, the roman method based on crushed bricks to assure healthiness and warmth, hot water and heating are provided by a biomass stove<\/strong> where we recycle all vines and olive trees prunings and the ceramic washbasins have been handmade, using clay<\/strong> from our vineyards.
\nAir conditioning<\/strong> is banned: open the windows at the sunset and enjoy the cool taste of the sea breezes.
\nThere is a private covered parking<\/strong> area close to the house.<\/p>\n

The Country house is just 200 mt far from the heart of our farm where the Villa, the cellar and the office are located. The family lives in the villa on the top of the hill and we are always happy to give you suggestions on places to visit, attractions and activities in the area, or just to have a chat!!!
\nWe strongrly promote recycling<\/strong> and apartments are equipped to facilitate a separate collection of paper, plastic, metal and organic waste. Rubbish is collected from the wooden bins located on the main road on a daily basis.
\nYour house is located in the heart of our vineyards.<\/strong> During the summer season, work in the vineyard has no rest, so don’t worry if you see large tractors driving around the house. We always respect the privacy and relax of our guests, and the work in the vineyards is carefully planned to avoid any noise, but sometimes the vines require immediate assistance.
\nThe farmhouse is located in the middle of our Sangiovese<\/strong> vineyards and near the woods, within a wildlife<\/strong> reserve. You will be lucky enough to see many animals, wild boars, roe deer, fallow deer, pheasants and hares, coming out of the woods at sunset. Please respect them.
\nAbove all, do not try to approach them or feed them.
\nThe WIFI<\/strong> service is free in the apartments and outside, by the pool. No high speed connection is available, unfortunatelly.
