\nIn 2006 we planted a small Petit Verdot<\/em> vineyard, less than 400sqm. At that time, it was the best choice for blending great Super Tuscans. Then, Pieve de’ Pitti wines focused on varietal labels, made of grapes vinified in purity, and we waited for an exceptional vintage to bottle the last of our extravagant vines. The Petit Verdot.<\/p>\n
\nThe Solatjo label is our fifth author label<\/em>.
\nThe inspiration for the toad<\/strong>, lying in the sun, that’s solatjo<\/em>, comes from the work “Partir\u00f2 per Zanzibar V<\/em>\u00b0” by the painter and friend Romano Masoni who drawn the Tribiana bee for us already.<\/p>\n
