Winter season is coming and it’s now the red wine moment.
It’s the right time to inaugurate a new experience, a totally devoted tasting to Sangiovese.
We will walk across 3 vineyards, to touch the earth, the stones, the shells, look at the nuances of color and texture of our soils where Sangiovese grows with such different expressions.
Arount the table, in the lemon grove, a vertical tasting of 3 Sangiovese, as expression of the 3 soils, to try to understand how earth, yeasts, grapes, wind, sun and water come together in a single sip.

A technical tasting, intended for those who want to discover the unique connection between a vineyard and its soil, how the physical-chemical properties of the soil influence the ripening process of the grapes and the wine fermentation, significantly influencing the sense of smell, the palate and the character of a wine.
For the most demanding ones, we can add, upon request, our old vintages, in order to offer you a unique interpretation of Sangiovese in its most mature evolution.
