Picnic in the Vineyard
There are no fixed dates or time limits for this experience —
you’re free to stay as long as you like!
You can plan your Picnic in the Vineyard at Pieve de’ Pitti on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from March 1st to December 31st.
Select your preferred date from the calendar to check availability, times, and prices.
Upon arrival, we’ll welcome you with a glass of wine, which we’ll taste together as we share the story and philosophy of Pieve de’ Pitti, providing you with all the information you need to fully enjoy this experience.
We’ll also prepare a map of our hills for you, complete with trails and landmarks, but you’re free to explore and stop wherever you find the best atmosphere.
Please remember: Pieve de’ Pitti is a wildlife reserve, home to many wild animals. Stay on marked trails, don’t venture into the woods, and always keep the winery in sight to avoid getting lost.
Your picnic basket includes:
– a selection of local and estate-made products (cold cuts, cheeses, our wine jellies, crispy bread, and two spreads for crostini)
– 1 bottle (750ml) of your choice of wine: Aprilante, Rossato, Appunto, Scopaiolo, or Cerretello
– 1 bottle (750ml) of water
– 1 Pieve de’ Pitti corkscrew
– 1 disposable tablecloth (TNT fabric)
– 2 wine glasses
all neatly packed in a wooden box, which you can use as your picnic table — and take home as a souvenir of your day at Pieve de’ Pitti.
Guests of our agriturismo can also book the Picnic in the Vineyard on Saturdays and Sundays. Just add it as an extra to your stay package.
In case of bad weather, you can cancel your reservation by 24:00 the day before and receive a full refund.

Cancellations made after this deadline cannot be refunded.
At checkout, don’t forget to include your arrival time in the NOTES section of your order, so we know when to wait for you for your Picnic.
